Return Policy – The Dog & Pony Show

At The Dog & Pony Show, we want you to love your new favorite tee as much as your animals love sneaking snacks they’re not supposed to have. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back (and your barn).

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. That gives you time to try it on, do a little twirl in the mirror, and decide if it’s the vibe you want to wear to the next vet appointment or trail ride.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at: TheDogandPonyShowUS@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive your item in original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error with your order.

💡 Important Notes

• Custom or personalized items are final sale (because no one else wants a shirt with your donkey’s name on it, let’s be honest).
• All refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance items. Those are final — no hoofbacks!
